π Shipping Coverage
We offer pan-India shipping for all products listed on our website www.liveedgegallery.co.in. International shipping is also available on select products. For specific international shipping queries, please contact us at info@liveedgegallery.co.in.
π Order Processing Time
- All ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3β5 business days after payment confirmation.
- For custom-made products, processing may take 10β21 business days, depending on complexity and materials involved.
- Orders are processed during business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
π¦ Packaging
Each product is carefully packed using protective materials such as bubble wrap, foam sheets, and sturdy boxes to ensure safe transit. Fragile items like clocks and trays receive additional padding and shock-absorbent packaging.

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders.
π Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3β7 business days after dispatch
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5β10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7β14 business days
- International Orders: 10β20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note: Delays due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, political unrest, or courier backlogs are beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email.
πΈ Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India above βΉ5,000.
- For orders below βΉ5,000, a flat shipping charge of βΉ150 is applied.
- International shipping charges vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will be notified of the exact cost at checkout or via email.
π Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment status using the provided tracking ID on the courierβs official website.
βDelivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at info@liveedgegallery.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assist you promptly.
π Return to Sender (RTS)
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, and the package returns to us, re-shipping charges will be applicable for redelivery.
