Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Live Edge Gallery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since each of our products is handcrafted with care and often made to order, we follow a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.
❌ Order Cancellation
🔹 For Ready-to-Ship Items:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or dispatched.
🔹 For Custom-Made Orders:
- Cancellations are not allowed once production has started, as each piece is tailor-made for the customer.
- If you wish to cancel before production begins, contact us within 12 hours of order placement at info@liveedgegallery.co.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
💵 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product lost in transit
Note: Minor variations in wood grain, color, or resin pattern are natural and part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products. These do not qualify as defects.
📝 Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@liveedgegallery.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.
- Provide your order number and full contact details.
Our support team will review the case and respond within 2–3 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🔁 Exchange or Replacement
If the item is eligible for return or replacement, we will arrange pickup or request you to ship it back to us. A free replacement will be sent once the returned product is received and inspected.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping charges (if any) will be covered by Live Edge Gallery in cases of damaged or incorrect items. For cancellation-based returns (if exceptionally approved), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
